Client Services Executive

We are looking for an experienced customer services executive that works as a client services executive at a busy warehouse in the Rugby area.

This is a hybrid role working (Apply online only) (3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week).

You will be dealing with a handful of key corporate accounts, handling queries, dealing with issues, and ensuring the customer's account is fully managed.

It's a telephone-focused role; however, there will be emails to respond to, internal systems to use which allow you to chase or change pending orders and Excel sheets that need to be dipped into.

The computer systems are based on AS400 and SAP, so candidates who have used both are of particular interest.

The perfect person will be someone who is local to Rugby, have a solid CV showing at least 2 years within a similar role dealing with business customers and someone who is fully computer literate.

This role offers you:
