Customer Service Advisor role:

* Taking calls and answer questions from customers to ensure initial call resolutions in given.

* Provide a profession and enhanced customer service experience.

* Taking inbound calls and or responding to incoming emails, in line with service level agreements and our compliance policies.

* Ensure accurate and informative notes are recorded on the company database.

Customer Service Advisor pay:
