Liberty has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Tester to join our team, based in Cheshire and surrounding areas. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,944 basic plus on target earnings, company van & fuel plus excellent benefits!

Responsibilities for this Electrical Tester will include: 

Carry out ongoing testing and inspection

Installation of wire ups including maintenance and servicing in domestic properties

Repair/ replace electrical fittings

Diagnose and rectify electrical faults

Trace, diagnose and rectify all Code C1 faults, report all C2 faults

Record C3 faults on Certificate

Carry out routine safety checks on all equipment

Maintain and replenish vehicle impress stock

What we are looking for in our ideal Electrical Tester:

Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, installation, minor works & periodic testing of domestic properties & 3 phase installations

Own a full set of tools

Experience working within a social housing environment

NVQ Level 3

2391 or equivalent

AM2

18th Edition

I.EE Wiring regulations essential

Qualifications to achieve an ECS Gold Card are desirable (graded at installation/ maintenance level)

A testing qualification is desirable

Driving licence essential
