My client is a leading Technology Innovation Company in Central Birmingham. An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Events Executive to join their team in the newly created role. This role is a mix of Marketing & Events and hybrid.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Events Management
* Plan and execute industry conferences, workshops and networking events
* Manage venue sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management
* Coordinate all event logistics including catering, AV, materials and branded collateral
* Oversee virtual event platform setup and management
* Create detailed event briefs and run-sheets
* Manage on-site event delivery and troubleshooting
* Conduct post-event analysis and reporting
* Coordinate regular member communications
* Track engagement metrics and retention rates
* Organise member networking opportunities
* Gather and analyse member feedback
* Support membership renewal campaign
Marketing & Communications
* Support content creation for social media platforms
* Write and schedule email marketing campaigns
* Update website content and event calendars
* Create event promotional materials and presentations
* Assist with PR activities and thought leadership content
* Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Applicants will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or equivalent
* Experience in marketing and events coordination within a professional environment
* Exposure to digital marketing skills across multiple platforms
