Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Client Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities. You will work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with staffing solutions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Sales Development:
* Develop and execute sales presentations for potential clients, tailored to their specific needs.
* Create and present customised proposals for staffing services to address prospective clients’ requirements.
* Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations to build lasting relationships.
* Generate leads and follow through with effective sales processes to convert them into long-term clients.
* Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to discuss staffing needs and propose solutions.
* Actively engage with clients, take detailed briefings, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with their expectations.
Business Development and Relationship Management:
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base independently.
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand market trends and align sales efforts with staffing capabilities.
* Regularly evaluate sales performance and client satisfaction to refine strategies and ensure optimal results.
* Maintain an active role in the market, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with the recruitment team to align client acquisition strategies with operational capabilities.
* Provide insights and feedback from clients to inform recruitment strategies and improve service delivery.
* Support the development of processes and workflows to ensure seamless collaboration between sales and recruitment teams.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, ideally in the education or healthcare sectors.
* Strong track record of lead generation, sales conversion, and achieving revenue targets.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
* Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and social media platforms for business development.
* Strategic mindset with strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes, particularly in education or healthcare, is highly desirable.
Person Specification:
* At least two years of experience in client acquisition or business development.
* Results-driven with a mature, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
* High work ethic and dedication to achieving targets and building client relationships.
* Degree qualification preferred but not essential.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
