HEO Shift Manager in Ashford - CV-Library

Our central government client is looking for a HEO Shift Manager to join the Sevington Border Facility Operation. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that BCP operations and services run smoothly.

The role will involve:

Managing the EO and AO on each shift including overseeing caseloads, ensuring that dwell times for drivers are kept to a minimum; and that performance metrics are delivered each shift.
Produce a shift report with appropriate handover material.
Manage onsite relationships with HMRC to ensure the operational process runs effectively.
This role will need to be local based to ensure continual site presence during shifts. This is a 24/7 operation, so shift patterns will be 4 on 4 off, including weekends and bank holidays. Contracted hours will be 12.5 per day, 7am- 7:30pm.
