As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions.
Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also support various departments with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
Dealing with queries via email and telephone.
Maintaining records of appointments and liaising with customers where necessary.
Organising and maintaining a centralised inbox.
Completing any ad-hoc project work as and when required.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with colleagues and clients regularly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with administrative software are also required.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, will help you excel in this position.

Hybrid working, following completion of training, 1-2 days from home per week.
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
